This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with ARTIVOX products. It is not a form or API: the portal has no automated request mechanism. privacy@artivox.tech is the verified contact channel for privacy and deletion requests. No single legal deadline is promised.
A request should identify the product (SEO Studio, PinRank, Social Automation, or Niche Radar), the account email or workspace identifier if known, and the data or action requested. State whether you seek access, correction, or deletion. Do not send a password, OAuth token, API key, or identity document unless specifically requested. Victovis LLC may request additional information reasonably needed to verify identity or authority.
Once received through a confirmed channel, a request is reviewed, its scope is checked, and it is routed to the relevant product or responsible team. Some data may need to be retained when required by law or necessary for security, abuse prevention, or handling claims; any such retention should be limited to the applicable purpose. Processing periods depend on applicable law and the request; no universal deadline is stated here.
Account, content, backup, or operational-data deletion follows the controls actually available in the relevant SaaS. Revoking OAuth in Google, Meta, or another platform removes or limits permission at that platform; it does not automatically delete data already received or retained by a SaaS. Revoke access with the platform and separately contact the relevant product about its data.
When Social Automation or another product genuinely offers a Meta connection, this public page does not replace the signed data-deletion callback or other mechanism required for the applicable Meta app configuration. The applicable product provides information about its available account and data-management procedures. Use Meta controls to revoke permission, then—once the contact channel is confirmed—request action concerning data held by the product.
